Our Homehealth Aides support children with developmental disabilities by assisting with daily living activities and ensuring a safe, comfortable and structured home environment.

Services include
Helping the child with daily activities, such as:
- Bathing
- Dressing
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Feeding
- Mobility and transfer
- Maintaining good hygiene and comfort throughout the day
- Health and safety support
- Routine care and supervision
- Development support
- Respite Services – providing temporary relief for caregivers
- Community Habilitation – skill-building and independence support in the home and community
- Physical Therapy (PT)
- Speech Therapy (ST)
- Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Children who may qualify for OPWDD home care
Children diagnosed with one or more of the following conditions may qualify:
- Autism
- Cerebral Palsy
- Down Syndrome
- Intellectual Disabilities
- Neurological or Genetic Disorders
Advantage Home Care is licensed by the New York State Department of Health to offer home health care services in Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Staten Island, plus Westchester.
